LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE “PACKS MORRISON” PROMOTION

1. Organizing Company

The "Morrison Packs" promotion (hereinafter, the "Promotion") is organized by MORRISON CLOTHING SL, with Tax ID B87588430 and registered office at C/ Sancho Dávila 15, 2º2, 28028 Madrid, hereinafter, "Morrison".

2. Purpose of the promotion

The purpose of the Promotion is to offer Morrison customers an additional discount for the joint purchase of products from different categories, through the packs available on certain product pages of the online store www.morrisonshoes.pro.

The Promotion will apply exclusively to products expressly identified as participating in it.

3. Products included

Currently, the Morrison Packs functionality is available on a selection of reduced-price sneakers.

From the product page of participating products, customers can add certain items from other categories to form one of the available packs.

Not all products on www.morrisonshoes.pro are part of the Promotion. Morrison will make a specific selection of eligible t-shirts, sweatshirts, and caps, which will be shown to the customer within the functionality.

The product selection may vary during the Promotion's validity depending on, among other factors, availability, stock, or Morrison's commercial strategy.

Changes made to this selection will not affect orders that have already been placed.

4. Available Packs

During this Promotion, the following combinations will be available:

• Pack 1: 1 sneaker + 1 t-shirt.

• Pack 2: 1 sneaker + 1 t-shirt + 1 sweatshirt.

• Pack 3: 1 sneaker + 1 t-shirt + 1 sweatshirt + 1 cap.

All products must be among the items expressly selected as eligible for each pack.

5. Discount

During the promotional period, any of the Morrison Packs will entitle the customer to an additional 10% discount on the products included in the pack.

The discount will be calculated on the current selling price of each product at the time of purchase, including, where applicable, any reduced price the item may already have.

Therefore, when a product is already discounted, the 10% corresponding to the Morrison Pack will be applied additionally to the current price shown for that product.

The discount will be shown itemized in the cart or during the purchase process before the customer confirms and pays for their order.

6. Limit of discounted units

The pack discount will apply exclusively to one unit of each of the categories required to form the selected pack.

For example, if a customer purchases:

1 sneaker + 2 t-shirts

and meets the requirements of Pack 1, the additional 10% discount will apply exclusively to:

1 sneaker + 1 t-shirt.

The second t-shirt will not receive the discount corresponding to Pack 1.

Likewise, adding additional units of any category to the cart does not imply that those additional units automatically qualify for the discount.

The same product cannot simultaneously generate multiple discounts derived from different Morrison Packs.

7. Compatibility with other discounts

The discounts corresponding to PACK 1, PACK 2 and PACK 3 are combinable with other Morrison discounts and promotions, provided that the additional promotion or discount allows for their accumulation.

When several discounts apply, they will be applied according to the conditions of each promotion, and the final applicable price will be that shown to the customer in the cart and/or checkout before confirming payment.

The application of multiple percentage discounts does not necessarily imply a direct arithmetic sum of these percentages, but rather they will be calculated on the corresponding price in each case according to the order of application of the promotions.

8. Availability and stock

All products included in the Promotion are subject to stock availability.

The appearance of a product within the Morrison Packs functionality does not guarantee its permanent availability throughout the entire duration of the Promotion.

Morrison may add or remove products from the promotional selection at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed.

9. Exchanges, returns, and right of withdrawal

Participation in the Promotion does not limit or modify consumers' legal rights, including the right of withdrawal as per applicable regulations and Morrison's exchange and return policy.

The Morrison Packs discount is applied individually to the products included in the pack and not as a global discount on the order.

Consequently, when a customer returns one or more products purchased through this Promotion, the amount to be refunded for each product will be the amount effectively paid for that item after the corresponding discount has been applied.

For example, if an item had a selling price of €40 and, after applying the Morrison Pack discount, the customer paid €36, in case of returning that item, the amount corresponding to that product will be €36, without prejudice to any other concept that may be applicable according to the return policy and current regulations.

In the case of partial returns, the products that the customer decides to keep will retain the price effectively paid in the original order, without their price being retroactively recalculated due to the fact that, after the return, all the products that initially formed the pack are no longer present.

In case of returning all items forming the pack, the amounts effectively paid for each of them will be refunded, in accordance with Morrison's general purchase and return conditions and applicable regulations.

10. Technical or application errors

Should a manifest technical error occur in the functioning of the Promotion, in the application of the discount, or in the prices shown, Morrison may take the necessary measures to correct it in accordance with current legislation.

Before finalizing the purchase, the customer can check the products included, applied discounts, and final order price in the cart and/or checkout.

11. Modification of the promotion

Morrison may modify the participating products, available categories, pack configurations, or discount percentage for future purchases or future campaigns.

In particular, Morrison may establish different discount percentages in subsequent campaigns depending on the number of products or categories included in each pack.

The conditions and percentages applicable to each purchase will always be those published and shown to the customer at the time of placing the order.

Any subsequent modification will not be retroactive and will not affect previously confirmed orders.

12. Fraudulent use

Morrison reserves the right to cancel or refuse the application of the Promotion when it detects fraudulent, abusive, automated, or contrary use to these conditions, always in accordance with applicable regulations and respecting consumer rights.

13. Acceptance of conditions

Using the Morrison Packs functionality and placing a purchase benefiting from the discount implies knowledge of these conditions.

These conditions complement Morrison's General Purchase Conditions, Shipping Policy, and Exchange and Return Policy, which will continue to apply in all matters not specifically regulated in these terms.

14. Applicable Legislation

The Promotion will be governed by current Spanish legislation on consumers and users, e-commerce, retail trade, and commercial promotions, without prejudice to the rights that may correspond to consumers residing in other territories in accordance with the applicable regulations.
