Rates for size and model changes

Exchange and return costs must always be covered by the customer, except for the first exchange within mainland Spain, which is free of charge for the customer.

  • Mainland Spain - €3.95 (The first exchange within mainland Spain is free of charge. This price only applies to subsequent exchanges and/or returns. If the customer misuses the return label, for example by using it to request a refund for the returned product, the customer will be required to cover the cost of the return label. They may choose to have this amount deducted from the refund due for the returned product or transfer the amount to the bank account we will provide.)
  • Balearic Islands -
    • Drop-off at an InPost collection point - Free of charge.
    • Drop-off at a DHL Service Point - €6.95

To carry out a size exchange, Morrison will provide a return label. This label must be used to return the product to us via a DHL Service Point. If the customer prefers a home collection instead of dropping the parcel off at a Service Point, an additional charge of €3 (VAT included) will apply. This must be requested by emailing pedidos@morrisonshoes.pro. Once we receive the returned product, we will send the new size/model to the customer at the same address as the original shipment, once the return label has been paid for (except for the first size exchange within mainland Spain, which does not require any payment).

If the customer prefers to use a courier company of their choice to send the parcel to our facilities in Madrid, they may also do so at the following address (except for orders from the United Kingdom).
